MAU (monthly active user) is each unique device that received or interacted with a message from your app in the month. The same user counts only once per app, no matter how many messages they receive.

It's per app. On the Free plan you get 2 apps, each with up to 10,000 MAU per month. On Pro, each of the 4 apps has up to 50,000. On Business, each of the 8 apps has up to 100,000.

We warn you before you hit the limit, and your sends don't stop suddenly. You can change plans in one click or move to the self-hosted version.

Yes. Billing is monthly and recurring, with no lock-in. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
